Most of these reps felt pretty strong. Struggled with a couple and got on my toes, but over all quite pleased!

Low rack pulls, mid shin (top sets with VG's)
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 1
445 x 5 x 3 +20lbs
These are way tougher than high rack pulls!! Had quite the back pump going after these!

Kneeling cable crunch
Wasn't feeling the need for these tonight lol!

Seated calf raise
3 x 13 x 125 +9 reps
2 second hold on top

I'm going to feel this session the next two days
Squats is looking good Those are some strong low rack pulls...back pump FTW! I'm feeling sympathy back pump just from thinking about it!

Good work Rich, like you I don't really use wrist wraps too much, impressive that you didn't need them for the 3pps bench work! I have a pair of black titan ones with blue ,yellow and red stripes..... No no idea of the name though

edit : just back from google , linky!

Haha. I get those same bruises. How can you tell who is a powerlifter and who is not? Powerlifters have a scar line with no hair right above their shin and right below it.
Maybe that's the height you need to concentrate on to move your dead up? I am hoping this helps me over the 450 mark!!

Haha I have a hairless strip up both shins with very nice bruising as well as above the knees! No leg modeling for me for awhile

THP Powerlifting Wrist Wraps 12" (Std) - Weightlifting Wrist Wraps - Bench Wraps
Thanks Alan! Wrists get a little wobbly above 315, so I think some wraps may help out some. I went with the ones DZ recommended and they should be here in time for Monday's bench session

Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W9 D3 Thursday

DB bench
3 x 11 x 100 +3 reps
Not sure what else to do here. DB's top out at 100, so I either keep adding reps or add sets or do something else?

One arm BB rows
3 x 10 x 85 +10lbs
weight does not include BB

CGBP
4 x 5 x 230 +4 reps

Seated DB press
3 x 8 x 55
regressed a couple of reps per set here, but the old headache was pounding a bit by now :/

BB curls
3 x 8 x 95 +3 reps

Good presses, I would go for a rep goal with teh DB's. Try hit 25 reps in one set or something like that!

I agree with Super Swede; reps, reps, and more reps.

Looks like there's more agreement with Swede from me Get those reps! I think that DB pressing is something that you should definitely keep in your routine...with your past shoulder problems, I believe that the added stabilizer work is vital to keep in the mix!

BB Rowing like a champ!
