Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W4 D2
50 minutes

Squat
1 x 5 x 185
4 x 5 x 195 +10lbs
First set felt really good so upped the weight for the last 4 sets. These also felt good so slow progress is being made on the groin front

High rack pulls (with VG's)
ramped up through 2,3,4pps
495 x 3, 3, 5

Kneeling cable crunch
3 x 12 x 180 +10lbs

Seated calf raise
3 x 12 x 100 +10lbs
2 second hold on top, ouch

Leg extensions
dumped these today as I needed to get out of there, plus they be optional anyway dawg

Wednesday must be freak day at the gym. There was not a single man in there moving iron. I think I scared a few of them. Felt like I was at Planet Fitness and was gonna set off the Lunk Alarm! I saw every version of suspended ab crunch bosu ball one legged squat purple and pink DB exercise combination that you could ever imagine in your wildest dreams !!! I will do my best to never darken the doors of that gym on a Wednesday ever again lol!!

Good to hear you have a handle on the groin rehab and those rack pulls are pretty impressive!

Great news that the groin is still mending nicely,
As for freak day at the gym...it might be the time of year either..... Summer holidays are 6 weeks out, loads of time for the clueless to get that der beach body

That would be awesome Jim! I'm liking the way I have my pulls alternating over 3-4 weeks. I hope it translates to another PR at the end of this cycle

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect.
