Yes though didn't warm up enough for squats, speed kicked in after 3rd set. Rest period was less than 20 seconds, less than that for deads

Trained with my friend the ICEMAN who's recovery from injuries so alot of BB stuff.
Behind neck pulldowns: 100x10x4
18" Rack Deadlift: work up to 545x1x3sets
Close grip pulldowns: 180x10x4
Bulgarian Squats with 50lb kb: 10x4
Underhand pulldowns: 7x3
KB Swings 100lb 10x3
Shrugs: 315x10x3
Calf Raises: 180x10x3
EZ BB Curls: 25 for 1 minute x 2 sets
One arm holds: 2 sets

Sandbag carry 100lb, keg carry 200lb sled drag 240lb 60' 4 trips
Farmers Walks: 160lb per hand 60' 4 trips
Anyone notice doing conditioning work when your out of condition sucks lol
