tuesday's weather made outside training not possible so stayed at work, got home to train at 9 wanted to do atleast something so
top end band tension squats (260 tension on top) 225x2,275x2,315x2,365x2,405x2 atleast it was something.

thursday training:
22" deadlifts: 4445x3,535,645,700
550lb tire flip: 4 flips, 8 flips, 2 flips
200lb sandbag carry: 60' drop repick and 60' back
