Need to bump up the weight on my high sets. Next week is a deload, so the week after. 455 to a 1 board, then maybe 475 to a 2 board. I felt nice to get in a good amount of shirt work though. In the video, there are a few omitted clips, just the sets I did two of because I wasn't happy with how they felt. Also, sorry for the fuzzy clips. I have no idea what happened.

Not much to report. Did some speed pulls with bands for the first time. I may have to get with Brian because I feel like my pull has kinda stalled. Speed work for my down sets may be the answer, I'm not sure. He will have some ideas no doubt.

This is all I got for recently. Things have changed for me as of late. Prioritys have adjusted. Unfortunately training, and hanging out in the forums aren't high on the priority list. Don't get me wrong, I will keep training. But time to find for logging or editing my training has gone by the wayside for the time being. I will pop in here and throw my videos up on the off chance that I get time to. Thanks to you who have kept up wih my log, and I'm sorry I'm kinda leaving you hanging. Like I said, I will keep uploading my videos, so if you'd like to keep up, I'm on the youtubes, and will put up vids as I can.
