Today was just a suck fest. I felt out of position every time I put my hands on the bar. My hips shot up on everything but the block pulls. This will mark a conclusion to my deloading without pulling. I have to keep myself in the groove, one way or another. I gotta be more diligent about maintaining good form,and have to keep pulling. Maybe work up to 315, and then do some heavy GMs. I will try that. Hopefully it will work.

Thanks man. Strong is a matter of perspective. I'm trying to catch up to the guys I train with. It'll be a while.

I haven't squatted really heavy in quite some time. Its been like 6 months since I've hit a true heavy single. I wasn't actually intending on going so heavy. I am still sore from pulling on Wednesday. But I felt good, so, up and up I went. Hopefully that makes up for my terrible deadlift session.


These numbers could be off by 10 Lbs. May be 465,485... 10Lbs more. I can't remember how much the Texas squat bar weighs.
