Not a bad day today. I don't normally do curls, but, no one was watching, so I indulged my inner bodybuilder. Pulls are coming along too. I will more than likely hit something like 545 fo a single in a couple weeks. Not huge by any means, but big enough for now,,,
Great workouts PD! Not sure how I missed so many? My bad! Strong work, I won't tell anyone about the curls ! Keep rockin!!!

I don't really like deloads... But they are a thing you gotta do. I really hate that bar though. It presses oddly on my back, and crushes a nerve, and hurts. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger though...

I didn't really intend on getting in a shirt today, but, I couldn't help it. Everything went well, I got misloaded by a plate on my 405 set, so one side had 3 plates, the other,4. I took the hand off, and immediately put it back in the rack.I had to set up all over again...BOOOO. Oh well. By the time I got to my sets where I touch, I was kinda beat. The last set,365x1, was like a pause rep,it hit my chest, and I stopped , and threw it up. All the weight was easy, so next week will be a raw reps week, followed by me taking 90% to my chest shirted.

Lunch sesh. I had to rush through everything. It all felt pretty light, so, no issues there. I can't wait till next Wednesday, for doubles week. It's actually Saturday, as log this, but one of my teammates Filipe Gusmao competed today. He went 677/540/523 @198. For a 1740 total, which I do believe is a PR total, so, congrats to him. Will post vids as soon as I get them.
