I would normally go heaver on the GMs, but that SSB sits o n my back strangely, and crushes a nerve between my shoulder blade, and spine. It sucks ass, so I shut it down. Rows went nicely. No big news there. When I'm not pushing the prowler, I think it's the best idea in the world to do so. 2 sets in, I realize that I'm an idiot, and this sucks... Its a necessary evil. My training is going through a transformation at this point. I'm trying to cut and get in generally better shape. 242 is going to be my end point. I'm also working a lot on my mobility, trying to take advantage of some leverages that I have, but have issues getting to because of my largeness. Bench shirts, heavy squats, and suited deadlifts will continue. I'm also getting some things together for a mobility specific log and Q&A.

Thanks Hunter. I've been crappy at keeping up with my log as of late. My brain is bouncing back and forth at his particular time with all that going on, but it's getting better.

Nothing super today, just some standard squatting. Speed stuff isn't something I'd normally do, but, I need to up the squat volume. Speed stuff gets it in. This is the first time in a while that I've squatted on a consistent basis, and its getting better.
