Thanks JB. It puts it in a kind of odd perspective for me that Little Shane benches just as much as I do at this point, yet I out weigh him by nearly 100lbs. Just a light day. Had to hit it on my lunch, so,it was stupid short. It'll be a deload day on Monday, and a lunch sesh as well, so it'll be short yet again. On a side note. The guy across he street from me is moving out, and gave my brother in law and I 2 pallets worth of tile, we just had to move it, and my forearms are wicked pumped.

Just really a light day, doing some BB style stuff. It felt pretty good, getting some good blood flow going. It's been tough going with work and other life shit lately, but I'm trying to struggle on. it's kinda been bumming me out. I have to just keep moving forward, nose to the grind stone, and everything Ive been working for will pay off. The advantage to where I work is that I've been told that leading up to a meet, they'll schedule my days around my training. The wife will be pissed at me for like 12weeks, but as long as I smash it come meet day, I'm ok... Just don't tell her that.

I didn't pull last week, and going in, I felt weak. Everything felt heavy. Things started to come around when I pulled the suit off. The first pull in the suit, I tweaked a hammie, but I toughed through it best I could. This weeks goal was 495 for 3 singles. Well that didn't happen. So,I beat myself up over some block pulls. 4" blocks put me in the danger zone, where I miss, if I miss...It went better than I expected. I cut it after the 565 miss. I was feeling pretty bad in te tweaked ham. I felt strong enough to pull it, but I raised my butt and damn near turned it into a stiff legged DL. On to squats...

I'm still trying to get back in the groove of squatting regularly, so weights are still light. At this point, I'm working about 80%. No worries though. There is a meet in October I'd like to hit, so I'm not in any particular rush. Jason brought his prowler, says he hates it cuz it kicks his ass, and Adam needs to do some quad work, but can't put a bar on his back, so, I figure I'll use it as we'll. it's not that bad. I'm trying to convince the wife to buy one for the house I even said I'd do cardio with her if she got one. And I hate cardio.
