Rear Delts (Reverse Pec Dec)

*Didnt like the reverse pec dec, didnt feel right to me. Need to experiment with other rear delt exercises

Pretty good workout, another cycle down. Not going to de-load this time, going to start up cycle 3 and maybe de-load after that.

Overall a pretty good workout, felt a little tired lifting tonight. Generally I lift in the morning and feel more fresh at that time.
