Pretty good workout today, was feeling a little awkward cause I felt like people were watching me through-out my training. It felt kinda cool to have people notice me Squating or Deadlifting at first as I was working on building my strength. Now, it just felt kinda weird lol. Maybe they were wondering what the hell I was doing.

Tried to do some chin-ups but, my arms were shot by then. Might be best to do chins after shoulder press. Other than that, good workout, arms are feeling pumped.

Thanks Steve. Maybe I was just being paranoid that day cause I dont yell between reps or anything like that to be annoying. I do get a little intense though.. I guess its because someday I want to be a champion and standing around B.S.ing like some guys at my gym isnt gonna make that happen! I just like to get in, train hard and get out.

*4th rep was challenging and didnt have 100% confidence in myself to make the 5th rep. I probabaly could of did it, but just wanst mentally there...

Pretty good workout, a little disappointed in myself for not making the last rep on squats. Guess I'll just have to fire myself up a little more next time.

Was doing a little posing in front of the mirror this morning. Thought it looked like I may have gained a little weight and saw some small muscle gains... Then, I went to to the doctor for a check up and they weighed me. Unfortunitly I lost some weight. I only weigh 147lbs! Don't know if I lost some fat or what, personally I thought I was looking slightly bigger/muscular..

I'm glad my strength is going up, but I'm surprised I lost a little weight. I was hoping I would of weighed more, guess I just gotta keep eating!
