Good workout today, excited I finally hit a 275 DL, on my way to 300!
Lower back feeling a little sore (no pain) from GM's. Back felt fine Deadlifting.

Okay workout out today, threw in a couple new exercises for a assistant work to try out. Have a good feeling for the program just trying to figure out what works best for me or what will help build my strength.
