I been thinking about adding a rear delt exersice to bench day next time I bench. Try to build more of a foundation when pressing, as they say. Dont really, know which rear deltoid movement to use or what would be the best for me. Thinking about; Seated DB rear laterals or a press behind the neck.

Try some rear delt flys lying face down on a partially inclined bench. Really zeros in on those bad boys.
