*Not sure whats going on with my Press. Last week I was 1 rep shy of meeting a triple. Today I couldn't get all 5 reps. The 3rd rep @ 105 was hard so I just racked it and didn't attempt a 4th rep.

*Havent done these in awhile, still suck at em.

Wave 3: Cycle 8

Went into the gym with a mindset of hitting a PR and I did just that! My form broke down pretty bad so I really had to fight to get the weight back up. Almost didn't make it but, in the end I didn't let the barbell defeat me!

Thanks guys, 270 was a little too much I think, shoulders rolled forward, chest collapsed... It was a pretty ugly squat to the say the least lol.

Think I need to start getting more p!ssed off when I lift. Usually I try to be calm and not let my emotions and mind run wild. Or possibly have a little more self confidence in myself.
