Reached my one year training mark today.

My goals for this time next year are...

Squat 320
Bench 180
Deadlift 355
OH Press 155

I actually have a higher goal for next year but, figured I need to be realistic. I know I'll have good/bad days and might not always be able to hit a PR at the end of each cycle...

Anyways, gonna eat some breakfast then hit the gym, will log later.
