*Lot of self talk and getting myself psyched up. People probably looked at me like I was crazy. Before I pulled my last set I told myself "I'm gonna rip this F'n bar off the floor." Super happy about my PR, 5lbs away from 300 and on my way to 315!

Bent-Over Good Mornings (Cambered Bar off pins)

Weighted Sit-Ups

Thanks men, appreciate it!

295 was probably 110% effort, legs were shaking pretty hard once it got just above my knees. Just keep pulling and pulling and finally followed through.
