I like plates but at some point dumbbells are easier. If they have handles

I tried a 45 plate once but, it felt kind of bulky. I'll have to experiment a little to see what will work best for me.

*Tried a 5lb PR and failed, didn't have the clamps on so I had to dump the weights. To be honest I broke down mentally but, I was willing to fail and see if I could do it or not. Maybe it wasn't a smart jump on my part, but I had to know...
