*Today I worked on keeping my arms straight and pulling some of the slack out of the bar. I think sometimes when I got up to heavier weight I would have a little yanking going on. Also worked on setting my hips back and driving with my legs. Things felt pretty solid, but was kinda tired and not super motivated.

*Havent done leg curls for awhile so I was feeling the burn.

Thanks BtB, I felt somewhat motivated before going to the gym but not so much when I got there. I think it may because I left for the gym right after breakfast, could of made me feel sluggish not giving myself enough time to let my food digest.
