Found out my training percentages got out of whack earlier today; I figured out the problem so I'm gonna re-write this months cycle. False Alarm! : I think what happened is I wrote up a bunch of mesocycles at once to plan out the future and made a error some where, cause I just been going off what I wrote and not manually calculating it each new cycle.

Goes to show you kind of have to be educated to lift weights.
