Nice PRs Prof. Hey, it's still nearly a 500 deadlift. Not many people can say they can pull 500 or so anytime they want at a bodyweight of less than 200 (I think).
And a nice casual 4pps squat to get back into the groove for Steve. You uber-strong lifters are lazy

It's pretty wank, let's face it guys!

However I've looked through my log and I haven't actually pulled anything over 180 raw in conventional style for well over a year. So I suppose if I really squint and look at it that way, it's not bad.

Anyway, it'll move up. Squats next session, probably Friday.
