2 issues with your bar:

1) Not a Texas deadlift bar. That made the lift harder.
2) Your bar is thicker and slicker. Not optimal for max pulling.

Someday you can train with my deadlift bar. You'll want one

Went out today worked up to some Klokov Presses and everything felt awful, so figure it's a good time to start a light week. Friday was my last heavy session, so I figure I'll get back to the heavy stuff some time this week. Whenever I feel good.

Monday will definitely be some light doubles in the squat, bench and dead, I'll continue that every other day 'till I feel better. By Wednesday to Friday I should be back to it.

Nice. BtB does a light workout up to a 405 squat in like 20 min. and calls it a day. Fazc slops a couple Klokovs and bags it for the week.

This must be the drunk and hairy part of the program.
