Hey Faz, beastly front squats and SLDL's! I tried out those front squat recently - brutal. Impressive SLDL strength. I have a request though...knock it off with the metric system lol. Every time I read your log I have to convert. I'm like hmm I'm doing 315 on SLDL for 3 sets of 8. Faz is doing 160kg....wtf is 160kg lol.

Hey Faz, great work in here. Interesting you mention the rounding issue with deadlifts. Since my demotivating diet phase began and I started just pulled for 5x5 etc I've noticed my form a little more on deads. When I was trying that Mag/Ort dead routine I was frequently having issues with the top double at 90%. I'd either fail off the floor or below the knee and my back felt "poppy" you could say.

Anyway, I noticed I was rounding too much off the floor trying to stay too close to the shins.
