Nice racks there Steve!!

I am one of those that is equally good at Sumo's and conventional - maybe because of good quad strength. I am comfortable with both and have also always thought they compliment each other, so why wouldn't doing the same with rack pulls work?

I gotta start doing Sumo's again.

Very quick one today, didn't even get time to drink my tea

One thing that's really been helping my squat position is to really tense my abs prior to the descent. This prevents me from arching the back too much, which ruins the descent and makes me end up in a horrible position. A flatter back with tensed abs allows me to sit straight down and stay tighter which is what I want.
