Lower back @ 90%. Went easy. First time using sumos in a while. Felt good.

I'm going to try using both this year. The year I relied on a lot of sumos my conventional went up, so I want to experiment in 2013.

I plan on working them down to 3 inch height and working on lockouts.

Sounds good, I think working the opposite style works well. Most conv pullers are pretty poor (relatively) Sumo and vice versa. I know I am.

I'm horrible at sumo. Current PR is 525x4 I think.

In case I forget, what worked very well for Fronts today was flexing my abs hard before the descent. Kept my spine flatter rather than arched from the start, which lead to hips dropping into a better position.

I wonder if that'd work well for regular squats too. Hmmm
