Rough plan for the week is to hit up some Inclines, Arched GMs and SLDL, then the big lifts again later in the week.

The sensible choice, should be to retake the 192 Squat from the weekend as it was bit of a grinder and unless I feel *really* good I'll do just that. The Bench and Dead could probably move up.

I've not yet had any desire to do much in the way of rep maxes, but I think it'll be a good idea at some point when the lifts start to slow down.

Just thinking out loud.

Been a while, I did them in my younger days a lot. But they didn't agree with my brother so I dropped them while he trained with me. I like the idea of the movement though, it's a pure chest press with minimal back assistance.

Incline Bench

100kg/220lbs x 3 PR!

SLDL

60kg x 3
100kg x 3
140kg x 3
190kg x 5 PR!

Yeah I'm a cocky ****, wrote all the weights and PR's down before I even did them tonight

Fronts were just lovely, straight back, rock bottom and rapid. Perfect, just need to keep that going.

Added 7.5kg and 2 reps onto the SLDL. Done.
