Two Beard's and Whisky Log. Strong, drunk, lean and hairy.
Starting a new log. Through further and continued discussion with BtB here we've decided to rekindle this partnership!
If there's one thing I've learned is I don't respond to too rigid of a plan; so I'll add more thoughts as I go along. For now, yesterday's training session:
Thursday 15th November
Low Bar Squats
20kg x 6, 6, 6
60kg x 3, 3
100kg x 3
140kg x 1
160kg x 1
170kg x 1
180kg x 1
160kg x 1, 1, 1, 1
60kg x 3
80kg x 3, 3
100kg x 3
120kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
100kg x 1, 1, 1
182.5kg x 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6
1 minute between sets.
Squats are looking good now, nice smooth descent and dip at the bottom. Going below parallel and it doesn't feel odd. Shoulder/Pec tendon feeling sore, need to back off the raw work a little.
But all in all, looking up.
