Good day of quads yesterday. Worked up pretty heavy but stayed within my 8-12 range and even did all my sets on leg press at the 15 rep mark.

I was able to do single leg on eveything except squat which was great because it allows me to work each leg good without allowing my right quad to dominate the movements.

wt this am 300.0.

I think i may dial it in and get down to about 290ish and then go back up to 300+

So my trainer called me in yesterday to do my bodyfat. I had been avoiding it for like 2 wks but he got me in there yesterday lol!

wt = 298-301
BF = 12%
LBM = 262
Fat = 36lbs

Every thing is up since my last measurement about 6 wks ago except my BF i've gone down 3%. My trainer got on me because i told him i was honestly about 80% on the diet and hadn't been doing all the cardio he wants me to do. Honesty is what makes any relationship work. So after he finished "motivating" me he made some tweaks to me diet as well as cardio to help me get on track. I appreciate him staying on top of me because i know without a doubt that it will pay off.

Have trust in your trainer ... he knows what he is doing ... 300lbs and 12% BF ... that's is something very good ... but if I'm not wrong you wanted to get it down around 7-8 at least ... going great brother ...

He's got all my trust. I've never been this heavy with this much muscle. I've got to give him 100%

I've always believed that under 10% is where you want to stay during your off season.

I've attached my recent BF history


Notice how much muscle i lost during my time off

12/3 was about a month affter my last show. I had not been training.
1/10 i was trying to get back to serious training but i was ENJOYING holiday eating and traveling.
