On the up and up...

Up to 140 x 12 on lying leg curls. Toes pointed with pause and slow neg.
Up to stack x 9 on seated leg curls
Up to 315 x 10 on stiff leg dead
Up to 150 x 10 on lunges.
Up to stack x 9 on leg ext
Up to 22 plates x 5 then drop for an additional 5 on leg press
Up to 315 x 10 on squat

I've never been a ATG squater so 315 ATG stlye is a PR for me. This is truly a Reconstruction on my physique. My trainer has adjusted my technique and i have pretty much started from one of my weakest points that i can remember.

Getting stonger with every workout tho...

Amazing numbers ...soon we will be seeing 450+ on ATG squats also ...
