Here we go. I have to build a bigger and better physique. Shaw Ray's critique of me was i was too thin. So over then next 10 months i'll be working on adding mass with class.
Pics are of my starting point.
Side note confession: Little bit of a chip on my shoulder. After seeing a few posts and comments made by some of the other competitors, i took offense and i'm not reconsidering how i feel about reading and seeing those comments.
