Em...youre such a bodybuilder...lol j/k bro, I wish my BF was 15%, but after this meet in May I will be trimming down a bit for Nationals. Im trying to nail a 700deadlift man!

Getting it done. Finally starting to see the weight on my frame.

On a side note, its awesome to see my trainer not only helping me but coming in the gym and getting after it from time to time.

Starting to feel good and tightening up a bit. Straightened out my diet, added cardio, and more rest. It's amazing what happens when you start doing what you are suppose to do! lol

Haha! Def been lifting.

Been busy and not able to log like i've been logging but i'm back in the mix now!

wt 302 down from that rough 312. Feeling alot better and wayyyy stonger. I guess my body wasn't ready for that 312 yet. I have to face those 9 spot calipers on Sun and i can do so with confidence this time. Been following my diet, cardio, and even doing abs! Yup, this feels like prep with way more food. lol
