Sooooo change of plans, i won't be competing in Aug. My trainer wants me to wait until Nov and i agree. Although i REALLLYY want to get back on that stage, i need to take the time to properly grow so that i can be more competitive on the national level. I've never spent this long in the off season and i need it.

It's good to know that i have a trainer helping lead me who actually cares about my success in this sport and is looking after my best interest.

Always good to have people in your corner that can see things from a different perspective. I love the group that I train with, they kept me from doing two meets so close to each other in order to train longer..

Wt 301

Yesterday i overslept so i had to get my chest routine completed in about 45 min. Burn baby burn!!

DB fly 4 x 10 (up to 85)
Superset with incline press 4 x 10 (up to 275)

Cable crosses 4 x 12 (up to 90)
Superset with Bench 4 x 12 (up to 405 x 4, then drop to 315 x 4)

Back into the 300 range with my weight and it feels much better than before. At first i was having those back aches, and no flexibility, sweating, out of breathe, etc

Now, it's much better. I still have back aches from time to time but nothing like before. It's good to still see some lines in my legs and vascularity here and there.
