Measurements:

Arms: 20.5
Quads: 30.5
Calves: 18.5

NEED my calves to match my arms. That will give me better proportions.

Anyways, put up some good weight yesterday:

I was able to work up to 275 on seated military with good form. But what i'm most proud of is my wife who worked up to 225 on squats yesterday. I forget how strong her legs are until i see her squating. Her and another woman are the only serious female squaters i see in the gym.

Hope everyone enjoyed SB weekend. Great game! My fav commercial was the "God made a farmer" that was awesome. Now, back to the grind.

Friday, i set a gym record on bench press 435 x 6. We have a chart that hangs over the juicebar which they keep track of most weight and most reps. Shooting for the squat record tomm.

Now, i am thinking about doing 3 maybe 4 shows this year. I know it's alot but my team is talking some time to get better year and may not be competing as much so i will be grinding to keep TSF a strong force in Florida. Thinking about this:

Dexter Jackson Classic - Aug 3rd
FL State Classic - Aug 17th
North Americans - Aug 31st
All South - Nov 9th

Another thing, i've never won an overall title. I've won my class before but never an overall so i'm kinda back tracking because as a national level competitor i believe i should at least have 1 overall title under my belt.

So this year for me, will be more about principles and building a stronger foundation.

And i'm up for the challenge. LEh GO!
