5/3/1 Wave 7 Week 2 Day 2: 3's

Bench

1x5 60kg
1x5 70kg
1x5 80kg
1x3 92.5kg
1x3 102.5kg
1x7 120kg
5x10 70kg

Pleased with this. Bench seems to be moving in the right direction.

Recline Rows

10x10 BW

Done inbetween sets of bench.

Single arm DB press

3x5 36kg

Lat pulldowns

10x10 39kg

Forced to mix days up today because I managed to give myself a considerable grass burn on the outside of my right thigh on Saturday. Thankfully it was the last game of the season so I've got plenty of time for it to heal up but it is weeping and bleeds a little at times. Hopefully it will dry out and I can squat later in the week. Just wasn't possible today.

Thanks. It is pretty sore. Had plenty of them in my time but this is the worst. It weeps a lot during the day when I'm at work but dries out pretty quickly when I get home and take the dressing off.

5/3/1 Wave 7 Week 2 Day 3: 3's

Squat

1x5 60kg
1x5 70kg
1x5 80kg
1x3 100kg
1x3 110kg
1x5 125kg
3x5 80kg

Squats were fast. Leg was sore and the tightness caused my right knee to come in a little at time. I'm going to try and catch up with deadlifts next week.

DB Rows

10x10 each arm 35kg

Front raises

100 reps 10kg plate - done rest pause

Cable tricep press down

100 reps #6 - done straight through so I'll increase the rate.

Curls

100 reps 10kg plate - done rest pause

Squats

Beltless, no knee sleeves. Gradually moving away from using anything. Squats, like the norm, were extraordinarily easy. Just wanted a fast single.

Ladder #1

Bodyweight Squats: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5
Sit Ups: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5
Chins: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Push ups: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

About 28 minutes, pretty much non stop.
