You seem to have some whacky schedule. Nice job getting those squats done, even tho you misspelled them. haha

Seems pausing squats and many other lifts is all the rage around here lately.

2:30 AM


4inchish block pulls, 405 with 2 singles. Got to 335lbs double overhand.


Bench, feet flat, close grip. Slower down, trying to be tight. 240lbs x1. Meh, just not my day.


Ab pulldowns, supported rows, rotator work.


Got up after 12 pm, only intended to go by the store. Ended up driving 20 miles to buy gun stuff and eat. Drove another 20 miles to watch Iron Man 3. What are friends for?

that's awesome. i've never tried overhand with anything other than warmup weights. i really don't think i could do it with 335.
