Got pretty mad a few minutes ago. Somebody I thought was smarter than this put a squat video up on facebook of a client, guy had his feet stupid wide, a painfully low bar and some crazy over-extension.

Strong pulls, buddy. I'm no expert on squat form, but mine is pretty good. That form was shit. Not in a powerful stance at all, butt out first. only good thing about it was the arch in the back, bar was too low, and those wrists were bent all to hell. Put a foot up that trainer's ass for setting his client up for injury.

Wed April 30th

Fell asleep putting my shoes on, could have contributed to my headache and stomache ache lifting after 12 am. But I blame these damn stims.

270lbs x4 with about a 2 second pause. This be 70%


Clean into push presses at 60% of bench
170lbs x5, I let my feet do whatever here. Be explosive.

Wide grip face pulls with pec stretch at bottom. Until I saw a brown recluse.

One set of abs!
