Form could have improved. Did a back off set with 275, squat stance forced my hands in and I had to strap up.

As to whats up with your rt hamstring I would the record the pulls from the front, back and side to see if your twisting or leaning.
What are you doing for warmup wk, Any dynamic stuff, stretching, bike???

Big volume there. I like how you took your time with it and reset between every rep. I am of the opinion that this is how deads for reps should be done. Great work, all around!
