I liked Florida when we went to Disneyworld back in 2008 There is something about palm trees!

I wish you all the best in your jobs that you pursue Ben. I also agree that assistance work has to be carefully monitored at how it affects not only the lower back but the big 3 lifts.

Wed Feb 6th
Heavy Bench

Walked in overhearing a large herd of bros looking at a picture on a phone,all saying "his upper body looks good,but his legs are just too big." I wanted to kill.

Shoulder stuff and face pulls to start.

Benching

225 x2 meh
215 x1 what?

Last rep with 235 was a scary grinder,probably because my shoulders felt unrolled.

Did a good bit of overhead barbell work which aggravated my shoulders as I went on

Band work on the ol arms then rotator and neck work. I must have been distracted by these boys doing one set for legs and 10 sets for arms,because I forgot ab work.

Anyhow,I got a nice triple. That is all.
