Appreciate all this support in here.

Speed work at 70% oh dayum. I'm working on increasing weight,but I'm not near 70 yet. Shoot I did less than 70 for rep squats,and they were slow.


Peach tea looks like someone shat in a blender. Sigh,these dumb bunnies don't know weather. One tiny patch of ice all day.


Friday Jan 25th - Repetition Squats & mobility stuffs

225lbs
8, 5, 5, 3.
When I did that triple,I knew that was a weight I could triple all night. So I moved on.

Jerks 140lbs 3x5

Pause squats 140lbs 2x3. Knees out!

Kroc rows 130lbs 4x5.

Btw everything done beltless.

How'd you like those pause squats? I really love them. They make me feel big and strong. They also help with the depth alot.

I'm too old to like rap, haha, but I thought she was hot and I liked the beat.
