Do you get a spotter for floor press? I find I can do more weight when I have a liftoff and spot. Triples are Quints are also my cup of tea.

My whole routine is based on doubles moving to triples.....

Squat = 325
Bench = 209
Dead = 368
Total = 902

I should open a lifters restaurant, "no meals under 2000 calories."

True though, even in the UK, I get tired of seeing snacks and such advertised as only so many calories, like it's a good thing.
