Thank you all so much for the encouragement. Once I get past these financial woes were all gonna do powerlifting and strongman contests together!


Popping in right quick to say that I've missed my squat day and won't be getting to it until Monday,probably combined with my deadlifts. Do what we have to don't we? I will be on facebook here and there and possibly on the forum later tonight.
