I actually kind of miss the "entertainment" from my old commercial gym - there are also characters of all kinds.

Wish I could find a hardcore group nearby too. I'm positive there is one. Hoping the next meet being right here in town will get me hooked up with some like minded folk.

You guys are dedicated, I get a lot of motivation from the group of guys at my gym. It's a small gym but the guys there are all business.

5 x 15 with 30 lbs. is pretty intense, dude. awesome workout.
i never heard someone recommend curls to strengthen tendons. that seems to make sense.
