Hello and thank you!

Mon March 4th
Repetition deads @ 70%

Limped around all day on a sore left calf,but I managed to have a decent session tonight.

Conventional deadlifts off floor
270lbs
1x9
Goal was 8. So added one!
Pulled the first two double overhand.

I listened to some music off my phone,blaring from my pocket with no regard to other people. Packed even at 10pm. Must have been 80 degrees in there,I was sweaty and angry! Deadlifts are always best serrved angry! But since I havn't got chalk yet,I slipped until I mixed my grip.

Versagripps for assistance stuff.
Sumo deads "Romanian style" 225lbs 2x6 and 1x10. That's 4 reps added over last week.
Power shrugs (455lbs 3x8 massive PR)
Kroc rows. Goal was 3x12 but I stopped at the first 10 reps. Eventually I want to build up to 3x20 and then 4x20 with the 130lb dumbell. And then work on them without Versagripps.

On the sumos and shrugs I kept to a rough 30 seconds rest,figure I did all sets in the time span of one song.

I was very hateful tonight. The guy who did cardio the whole time I was there,plus some.

Had some crazy unbearable pumps in the lower back,I sat in the floor for a long time watching Monday Night Raw. Saw Sheamus bodyslam Big Show!

Oh yeah,this kid started a set of shallow squats using 135lbs and the pad. I just glanced over and he stopped his set. Probably because the bar bent ever so slightly during shrugs. Or maybe I'm just imagining things.

damn dude, strong night for you! major progress. LOL @ the dude doing cardio the whole time and the inconsiderate cell phone music. i was full of anger and frustration tonight as well, and the gym was full of idiots. God i wish i could lift at home...

Good stuff, man. At the old gym I had to endure someone teaching this chick (pretty fine, might I add) how to squat using the smith machine. I almost yelled and threw her into the real squat rack.
