Solid push press prs! Make sure to do some front squats and practice holding your breathe and you will get them up to 225lbs in no time at all!

Thursday November 22nd - Dynamic Effort Lower - Power Cleans & Speed Squats

Who would be in the gym on thanksgiving? Nobody,so i thought.Gym was full of ****ers! Also saw at least 3 homosexual kids,probably more.Two holded hands.Seriously,horrible bench form with shorts-in-face spotting,then they holded hands! Lawd! Another one cheated horribly on everything.I tried to video his treadmillism,it was freaky!


Power Cleans
185 x3 (singles)
Not enough room in this gym,not enough room.Guy took up the whole corner where the squat rack is.Doing skullcrushers,abs,squats,pullups,and box squats,then did 1 set of seated overheads and 1 set of decline bench.Da ****? Anyway,185 was my 1rm.Its all about form,which mine sucked.

I unracked 405,but didnt walk it out I try to get something really heavy on my back around once a month,when i remember.

Speed Squats
175lbs
8 doubles 30 seconds rest between sets

Im gonna have to do something different,i cant do squats after doing cleans.I guess i can try doing squats first? My shoulders/arms/lower back way too tight,couldnt hold onto the bar.Definitely my worst speed squats ever,way too slow.

Anyway,afterwards i hurried to subway,wanting two footlongs,but they closed! So i hightailed it to Waffle House and spent $20.01 on 3 eggs with cheese,toast and biscuits,triple hashbrowns all the way and double peanut butter waffles.I took a picture since it was too hot to eat.But photobucket no work for me!
