Oh I flushed em alright. I also need to break down and get my own belt,I don't fit in the gym anymore. I'm trying to get angry,rather then distracted,by the 7 curlbros who think their special.

Friday Feb 18th
Speed squats

Hip/ankle mobility warmup,and pause squats to seek paralel (how do you speel this?)

1 minute between squat sets

160x2
165x2
170x2
175x2
180x2
185x2
190 4x2

Leg extensions. Have not done these for over a year,as far as I know. Easy 10 reps with full stack.

Leg curls for breezy easies,lotsa reppers.

Assisted pullups/pulldowns. Squeeze those shoulder blades! Screw this,gonna do super fat guy pullups from now on.

Neck work and a moderate set of abs.

Just a minute ago,I exhaled and a cloud of dirt came out of my nose. Doing framing/siding in the rain all day sucks! Plus next week,heavy deadlift week,I gotta move an eleven hundred pound,an 1100lb,hot tub.

If I didn't get to your logs,its cause I feel like manure.

I not only walked,i worked 6 hours.It was beautiful!

The curl boys stared at me the whole time.But probably since i have music blasting from my phone...
