Yep, not the first time this topic has come up, but your point certainly applies to all facets of life.

WRT lifting and the forums, I have usually thought that if someone posts up a vid, they are open to receiving at least some critique. If I see a glaring error, I will usually point it out, but in a respectful way. I simply don't like sugar coating a vid. This is the only time I will give advice that wasn't directly asked for.

I think I know who you mean tho, which is 1 reason I left the other forum.

Mean ugly grinder,depth was a touch too high for my liking.

These next movements I havnt done in forever,and didn't go to failure on.

Very shaky leg presses,can't walk

270 x12

Leg curls 4x10,hams are toasty

B/O BB rows - 275 x6. Rep PR,lower back is burning. Dumbell rows next time.

Calf/Ab/Rotator work and I'm done

Great workout Ben! Congrats on the PRs! Can't say on depth because of the angle, but I'd say it was close. Either way you moved more weight, next time will be a little better...progression my friend, and your doing it! Keep workin hard

I thought depth was good. I think the weight was siking you out as you stood there after unracking for quite some time. I think this contributed to form being off, especially with the lean coming out of the hole. Try to get a direct side view vid next time.

With that said, great job and effort to muscle it up!

I put one over there on ignore only to find out he still can come in and see/comment on my videos so I took him off ignore.
