Had to get this off my chest,I am not finger pointing *cough* people think they know everything *cough*

Its just ranting about stupid arguments that come up just because someone doesn't lock their elbows/knees benching/squatting.

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 209
Dead = 368
Total = 902

Good point, Elite. Forums are a weird animal too in that you sometimes feel like you are actually having a conversation, but of course you aren't. In person, body language, etc. gives you clues to how you are being perceived, not so on boards. Same with vice versa. It's easy to make poor assumptions and say the wrong thing.

Not BtB, of course. He's always says the right thing.
