I'm pregnant with a manbaby so I cannot do abs.

I actually think we get enough abwork thru compound lifts, but a little bit of iso work wouldn't hurt of course. It's just that powerlifters always want to conserve as much energy for the big lifts, and of course we are lazy. I'm trying to get it in my head tho that a stronger core will improve my big lifts and maybe will make the difference between a miss and white lights at a meet. Sometimes it's the little stuff that makes the biggest difference.
