Friday December 28th. Went too early but not early enough. Didn't have time to go home and get sweats,this was an unexpected session. I'm in a daze,major headache. And I'm starving.

Cambered bar wide stance GMs
185lbs
2x15
Actually the 2nd set was 16. Rep #10 was particularly bad. Had to redo.


Benches were full,I could have done floor press or dumbell presses,but I just did overhead. Strict 155 x2 and 3 reps on the dip machine,full stack.

Bent over/Karwoski/cheat/explosive "rows"
315 x1.5


By the way,the GM video is of the 2nd set. Didn't record the first,didn't know I would rep it out. My head is trashed,got no sleep last night. Neck hurt really bad. Now I'm sore all over.

Just curious as to why you are unracking by walking forward. I don't think it's a wise move to do so.

Congratz on the row PR. I personally have never maxed out on rows.

Its hard unracking it,like you said going forward. Seems like if I do GMs,I won't have to walk back so far so I wouldn't hit the rack on the negative. I don't know if that makes any sense.

Like the good morning form. Be careful with that there speed. It might catch up to you when the weight gets heavy. Rule #1 - stay tight.
