Thanks guys!

I used to do hang cleans but couldn't get more than 170,now I just like doing them from the floor.

Full cleans are from the floor. while racking the weight you lower yourself into a squat position and then squat the weight up. Pretty much a clean and jerk without the jerk.

Nice cleans. That's cardio there. Hillbillies got no use for the treadmill I see.

Gym owner was pointing out a successful customer to someone he was selling a gym membership to. "See Lookit tha feller. You too can get hooge on thissa here heavy hillbilly routine".
