Good work Ben. I've found that RDL's or Dimmels really help me focus on driving the hips through and squeezing my butt tox

ONE CHINUP ... It will definitely guarantee success in future provided you do it on regular basis ... Superb working on DLs Ben ... getting stronger with each session buddy ...

So, how many of the animals that were supposed to occupy the barn did you eat? Additionally, I hope your reward was a romp with the Farmers' daughter in the hay loft.

Indeed, repping deads is not my favorite either - they seem to feel weird when done raw, but feel OK with VG's.

As with Chins, work your way up to 50 eh?
